Welcome to Call Sam

  Call Sam Construction Company is owned by Mr. William R. Birchall, II.

  But his nickname is Sam since he was a little boy! So, if you want to get his attention and call out loudly,

  "HEY, William R. Birchall, II !", he may not respond to you. Well, don't get your feelings hurt, he just

  didn't recognize that name and he is a little hard of hearing from all those years of construction noise.

  That's why we named the company Call Sam so that everyone will know his name and can just sing out,

  "HEY Sam!" Then his head will jerk around in recognition and you will have Sam's calm and peaceful

  attention as you see in his picture.

  Also, the short name "Call Sam" fits nicely on the magnetic signs on the red Ford pickup. And every one

  hanging out on the corner at the traffic stop can also yell out, "Hey Sam!" He loves that.
